Privacy policy.

Last updated 6 October 2026

This policy explains how Anthill Inc. (“Anthill”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact us. It does not cover data that our customers process with ant. inside their own environment; that is governed by their agreement with us.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your work email when you request access, and anything you include when you write to us.
  • Technical information. Standard log data sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami. Neither uses cookies or stores anything in your browser, and neither receives your name or email. When a page loads they receive the page address, the site that referred you, basic browser and device details (such as browser type, language and screen size), and your IP address, which is used to estimate an approximate location. Umami also records which sections of the page you open, how far you watch the introduction, and when you click Request access; these events carry no personal details. When you request access, we also keep the site that referred you, the page you first arrived on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to you and keep you informed about access to ant.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Customer data in ant.

ant. runs inside each customer’s own environment, AI model included. Customer data it works with stays there and is not sent to Anthill, our AI providers or the internet. How we handle customer data is set out in our Data processing terms.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run this website and our communications, under contracts that limit how they use it; when the law requires it; or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. Retention

We keep access requests and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to its use and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security and transfers

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Where information is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards.

8. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Questions or requests: founders@theanthill.ai.

This website describes ant., which is in development and not yet generally available. Access to the product is governed by a separate written agreement.

  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

Cookie policy.

Last updated 6 October 2026

This policy explains how this website uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way.

2. What we use

This website does not use advertising, cross-site tracking or analytics cookies. Where needed, we use only strictly necessary storage to make the site work as you expect, for example to remember a setting during your visit.

3. Third parties

Fonts are served from our own site; loading a page sends no requests to Google. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami, as described above.

4. Changes

If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the site from working. Questions: founders@theanthill.ai.

Data processing.

Last updated 5 October 2026

This page summarises how Anthill handles customer data when an organisation uses ant.. The binding terms are in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that forms part of each customer agreement. To request a copy, email us.

1. Where ant. runs

ant. is deployed inside the customer’s own environment, on premises or in the customer’s cloud, with the AI model included. Customer data stays in that environment and is not sent to Anthill, AI providers or the internet.

2. Roles

The customer is the controller (or data fiduciary) of its data. Where Anthill processes customer personal data, for example when a customer gives our engineers access to provide support, Anthill acts as processor and only on the customer’s documented instructions.

3. Access and approvals

ant. sees only what each person it works for is allowed to see, using the customer’s existing access controls. Consequential actions wait for a person’s approval.

4. Security measures

  • Access that mirrors the customer’s own permissions.
  • An audit trail of every action ant. takes.
  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest within the deployment.
  • Access by Anthill staff only with the customer’s authorisation, logged and time-limited.

5. Sub-processors

We list any sub-processors in the DPA and give customers notice before adding or replacing one, with the right to object.

6. Incidents

If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting customer data in our care, we will notify the customer without undue delay and help it meet its own notification duties, including to regulators.

7. Customer support

We help customers respond to data subject requests, carry out impact assessments and demonstrate compliance, including through audits on reasonable notice.

8. End of service

When the agreement ends, we return or delete any customer data in our possession, unless the law requires us to keep it. Contact: founders@theanthill.ai.

Responsible AI.

Last updated 5 October 2026

ant. works alongside regulated teams in lending and payments. These principles guide how we design, build and deploy it.

1. People make the calls

ant. surfaces problems and proposes actions. Anything consequential, such as holding payouts, launching an offer or filing with a regulator, waits for a person to approve it.

2. Same access as the person

ant. can only see and do what the person it works for is permitted to. It never widens its own access.

3. Every action traceable

Each action is recorded in an audit trail: what was done, for whom, when and on whose approval.

4. Grounded in your sources

ant. shows the evidence behind its answers, such as the policy, ticket or record it relied on, so people can check its reasoning.

5. Your data stays yours

ant. runs inside your environment. We do not use one customer’s data to train models for another.

6. Fair and compliant

ant. does not make final credit decisions about individuals. We test for unfair outcomes and support customers’ obligations under fair lending, consumer protection and data protection rules.

7. Tested and monitored

We evaluate ant. before each release, monitor it in use and fix the issues we find.

8. Raise a concern

If you have a concern about how ant. behaves, email founders@theanthill.ai. We review every report.

Security disclosure.

Last updated 5 October 2026

We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities in this website or in ant.. If you think you have found one, please tell us so we can fix it.

1. How to report

Email founders@theanthill.ai with “Security” in the subject line. Include a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it and its likely impact. Please do not share the details publicly until we have fixed it.

2. What we ask

  • Act in good faith and avoid harming users, data or services.
  • Access only the data needed to show the issue, and do not keep it.
  • Do not use denial of service, social engineering, phishing or physical attacks.
  • Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before any disclosure.

3. Our commitment

  • We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days.
  • We will keep you informed while we investigate and fix it.
  • With your permission, we will credit you once it is resolved.
  • We will not take legal action over research carried out in good faith under this policy.

4. Out of scope

Third-party services we use, reports from automated scanners with no demonstrated impact, and missing best-practice settings with no security consequence.

Accessibility.

Last updated 5 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technologies.

1. Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What we have done

  • Pages are designed to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are replaced with still versions.
  • Animated scenes have text descriptions for screen readers, and animations can be paused.
  • Text and controls are designed to meet contrast guidelines, and touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.

3. Known limitations

Some animated scenes contain small labels that can be hard to read on very small screens. Their full content is available in the text descriptions.

4. Feedback

If you have trouble using any part of this website, email founders@theanthill.ai. We aim to reply within 5 business days and can provide the information in another format if you need it.
