These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at theanthill.ai (the "Site") and any related services, previews, or communications offered by AntHill Technologies Pvt Ltd ("AntHill", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

AntHill Technologies Pvt Ltd is a company incorporated in India, based in Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka. AntHill is building the context layer for enterprise decision intelligence. The Site is currently a pre-launch marketing and design-partner site; the product and any services are offered on a limited, evolving basis.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with AntHill and are acting on behalf of a business. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Design partner program

Submitting an application or request for access does not create any obligation on AntHill to admit you to the design partner program, grant access to any product, or enter into any agreement. Participation, pricing, and any product access are subject to a separate written agreement between you and AntHill.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our consent;
• Submit information that is false, misleading, or that you are not authorised to share; or
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, the "AntHill" name and marks, design, and software — are owned by or licensed to AntHill and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your internal business evaluation. No other rights are granted.

6. Your submissions

You retain ownership of the information you submit to us. By submitting information (such as your email address or feedback), you grant AntHill a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate the Site, communicate with you, and improve our products and services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by AntHill without restriction or obligation to you.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Any information on the Site describing the product or roadmap is provided for general information only, may change, and does not constitute a commitment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntHill and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AntHill from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable mandatory law, the courts at Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
