What it does
Problem identification. Demonstration only. Support, login and payout activity streams in before a 15:00 payout run. ant. links three events to the same 23 accounts and flags an account takeover with $180K queued. You approve holding their payouts, and by 14:44 the payouts are held and the $180K is safe.
No gruntwork. Demonstration only. A credit review meeting ends at 10:30. ant. finds four action items and works on them while you take a coffee break: an approvals chart, a Jira ticket, a partner email and a review invite. When you are back at 10:45 they are ready for review. You approve, and everything is sent at 10:46.
Goals, faster. Demonstration only. The goal is to grow disbursals 20% on the same budget. ant. finds 3,100 existing borrowers who are pre-approved but not borrowing yet, and prepares an offer for them. You approve the launch, customers start borrowing, and the disbursal goal moves up 12%.
One goal. A whole team.
Multiplayer AI · In development
Multiplayer AI, in development. Two stories play in turn. First, a profit goal: profit is heading for $34M this quarter and the goal is $40M, a $6M gap before the quarter ends on 31 Dec. The Finance lead asks how to close it. The ants of Product, Finance, Credit Risk and Collections propose Disburse more ($3.4M), Recover dues ($2.8M) and Raise rates ($2M). Credit Risk’s ant flags Raise rates as risky, and the Finance lead says do both of the others. Disbursing more to 36,000 eligible customers goes through a risk check; Credit Risk’s lead lowers limits for first-time borrowers, 30,000 are approved, and the forecast rises to $37.4M. Collections collects $1.1M in unpaid penalties and, with its lead’s go-ahead to settle written-off dues at 70% if paid by December, $1.7M more. The forecast reaches $40.2M on 18 Dec, 13 days early: goal hit. Second, one regulatory audit pack of 96 checks is due Friday at 18:00; missing it would mean regulatory action. Four teams, Credit Risk, Finance, Compliance and Collections, split the checks with their ants, which also work through the night. Credit Risk’s and Finance’s ants resolve two conflicting checks together on Tuesday night, ants hand work across teams, Collections’ lead says go ahead on an open question, and Compliance’s and Collections’ ants resolve two more on Wednesday night. Compliance’s lead approves the finished pack, and it is filed with the regulator on Thursday at 17:40, a day early.
